mystery lady regarded him thoughtfully and tapped her lips. “How? Are you going to take me against
my will, bind me to the bed, and ravish me?”
“Don’t
be ridiculous, I’d never ever do such a thing.” He stopped pacing and leaned
back on the mantelpiece. “Well not take you against your will, anyway.”
