How about Darke? He's the Dispatcher. 

He took one last, long, deep drag from his Gitane, felt the smoke fill him to his toes and back, and exhaled. “Leave it with me...no.” He held his hand up in the universal stop gesture. “You know the rules, so no more. You’ll hear what, how and the steps needed to be taken, or which have been taken, etcetera, in due time.” He stubbed his half smoked Gitane out and watched the thin spiral of smoke get slowly less and less. A bit, he mused, how he watched the life extinguish out of a traitor.
