#SexySnippets where Ingrid gets all hot and bothered at the wrong time

It's #SexySnippets time again.

Where we showcase our books or WIP in seven sentences.

(We'd love more people to join. The link is at the bottom)

Today, I've decided to tease you from my first Dark Isle book, The Dispatcher. (written as my alter ego, Kera Faire)
I've just subbed the latest story in the series so now I nail bite and wait.

(cover Jay Aheer: Simply Defined Art)
in my mind one of the best covers ever

Her life or his?
When Astrid Mickelson found out the man she loved was The Dispatcher—a government operative, who kills for a living without remorse—she left to stop herself from accidentally betraying him. However, Orlando Darke, the only man she’s ever wanted, is impossible to forget, and it seems once more back in her life.
For his part, the Dispatcher had never forgotten the love of his life. When he is sent to bring her in for being a traitor, he does what he does best… dispatching her to safety, to enable him to find the real culprit.
As the threat thickens, so does the sexual tension between them. Can there be a happy outcome or will they be parted again, this time for good?
With The Dispatcher’s boss hot on their trail, things are not looking good.

And your seven sentences...

He put one arm around her and rubbed her lower body over his crotch. His erection dug into her belly and Astrid shivered as her pussy muscles did their shimmy and shake act they preferred whenever Darke was around. If she wasn’t careful her nipples would poke through all five layers of clothing that covered them. Not only that, her knickers felt damp and chafed her skin.
Oh God, not now. I don’t have time to dissolve in a pile of drool and beg to be screwed. I...do... not.

(Chair swivel jiggle happy dance)

Blurb

You'd think you'd know if you were married to a sex god wouldn't you?
When Gray turns up on her doorstep looking for his wife, Jules wonders briefly if she's landed in an alternative universe.
The dominant Gray sends her knickers aflame with just one look, but she is sadly not the wife he is looking for.
Is it a case of mistaken identity or is there something more sinister afoot?
There's only one thing to do, unravel the mystery and try and keep their hands off each other. The first may well prove far easier than the latter.

Your #SexySnippets

The tingle went all the way down to her—well, she thought hazily as she opened her mouth and took his tongue inside to let it swirl and circle her own—to everywhere, and especially to her pussy. Her thighs were damp, and she daren’t check to see if her arousal showed in the material that covered her mound. It took all her small supply of control not to moan and pull him back in for round two, as he slowly ended the kiss and moved backwards to lean against the table.
He seemed as dazed as she was.
“PDAs,” Jules said shakily, “are so not on.”
Gray’s voice was as unsteady as hers. “Not public—but if I decreed we did it in public, believe me, we would.” She didn’t doubt it for one moment.

(8 sorry, bit if I missed either the first or the last sentence it wouldn't have worked.)

Happy Reading,

Love R x
