Guardian Possession. Michaela is visiting, and talking abut hidden secrets

Over to you Michaela.

Hidden Secrets

Good morning Raven – ohh thank you for the Earl Grey tea and GF biscuits. I really can't get my head in gear unless I have my two cups in the morning.
Do you share everything about your life with everyone?
I guess the answer is no. Certainly for me the answer is a big NO!
There are different people in my life who know me in different ways because they relate or see me in a particular role – mother, wife, sister or friend etc – you get my meaning. I don't think anyone knows me completely – inside and out. We chose to share parts of ourselves with others depending on the strength of our relationships with them and the trust that has been built up.
But what about the things we don't know about our lives? You see, Zachriel in Guardian Possession has had a traumatic experience as a child which coloured his view of life. Along the journey he takes in the book he meets Royanne – actually he captures her as part of his mission – he begins to discover hidden secrets. These secrets are not about Royanne but about his life or rather past life.

How does this demon warrior cope with the new revelations? Sorry, no spoilers here – you'll have to read to find out.

I will leave you with the blurb and an excerpt – I do hope you go and check it out!
Blurb for Guardian Possession.
Royanne longs to be free of everyone's expectations. Meeting a mysterious stranger who she is drawn to confuses her. He feeds her longing to be free and ignites a fire inside of her. She is aroused by this tortured soul. When he kidnaps her and reveals his plan, she is torn between loathing him and wanting him.
Zachriel is under orders from the Dark Master—kidnap Guardian demon Royanne. Only hiding away until the coast is clear draws him closer to her, especially as she seems to see the real man in him.
Rescued at last, Royanne feels uncertain what to do. For Zachriel his past is revealed and he must face the truth. This truth cuts to his very soul and questions who he really is. Now he must come to terms with the lie that has been his life. Royanne fights her feelings for Zachriel. She begins to see him as a kindred spirit. There is only one thing to do reveal her love for him. Can she convince him her feelings are real and he is worth loving?

Ready for a little taste? In this excerpt Zachriel is watching Royanne from his hidden position.
He watched her from the cover of the trees behind the rocks. He saw her body stretched out in the water. Her face was calm, her breasts protruded out of the water. They were so round with pert nipples from the cold water, no doubt. He wanted another taste before the Dark Master had her. Zach focused his mind on her. He was surprised to find the link still there, which was odd as he thought her brother had severed it. He replayed their encounter in the alleyway, the heat of two bodies, and his mouth exploring her.
Yes, I have her again. Her body was reading the messages he was sending. Now all he needed was for her to get out and dress. With her guard down, he could grab her. Escape was the word he sent to her. Her mind took the word as she struggled with the desire to be normal. Zachriel watched her swim to the grassy bank and climb out. Her body glistened in the sun. So lythe and supple, rounded in all the places a woman should be. That smooth skin asked to be touched, just like last night. He wondered how those legs would feel as she wrapped them around his waist. Royanne dried herself with her back to him. He wanted her to turn around so he could see those wonderful breasts and the smooth juncture at her hips. He projected those thoughts into her mind and saw Royanne turn. In full view, she stood, glorious perfection. Those breasts begged to be molded in his hands, those delicious nipples desperate to be sucked.

What does he do next? …..

Here is a little more about me.
Michaela Rhua always dreamed of writing but this never happened until she met the lovely group of ladies known as UCW. Their passion for writing and encouragement inspired her to see if she could do it too. Now she is multi published and loves writing!
She has teenage children and a husband, who also keep her busy. However, it is whilst travelling into work that she has time to create her characters and imagine other places in which they exist as her world skims by the window. Conversations overheard often lead to the birth of new ideas that she scribbles down in her trusty notebook.

I usually hang about here:

  4. Some of our secrets start with our name and some we share with friends and some stay locked away until they're needed...

  5. I have a secret, but I'm afraid it would get me scourged from the world of avid readers.
