Plus every blogger who is hopping is also offering a prize on their page

So much romance, so much love it's great.
I love it when I read a romance and think oh wow, that's different, and dare I say it, when it involves food, well...

How about some gluten free home made OAS Soup?

Recipe...

It's called OAS...Odds and Sods, because it's really left over heaven.

Sautee an onion in olive oil until soft and add herbs seasoning and garlic to taste. (If it's already cooked you on a roll) Cover with the stock of your choice. Bring to the boil and then simmer very gently until veg is soft, or if it's cooked veg for at least 10-15 minutes.

Blitz half to thicken the stock and add the chunks of veg.

Voila!

Enjoy.

Now for my questions, what veg is a no no for you and why? And what is your favorite?

Me? My no no is fennel because I'm not keen on liquorice and to me, it tastes the same.

My favorites are...wait for it, brussel sprouts and roast parsnip. Yummy...

I'll chose a winner who can pick an ebook from my back list...

So here's the links...If you have problems getting on please give me a shout

  2. No green bell peppers come into my house! My husband and son are deathly allergic. I have to read labels too. And favorites are just about anything else. I love vegetables and could make a meal out of them. Not only that, I raise a garden and can vegetables to enjoy in the winter. Thank you for being part of the blog hop. Kathy

  4. I have a number of food intolerances which means I cannot have vegetables like Brussel spouts, onions, garlic, bell peppers, soya beans, to name just a few and I have to check every packet and often have to ask a restaurant we are visiting before hand to find out if I can eat what they have on their menu. Although there are still many vegetables I can still enjoy which are carrots, asparagus, green beans, bean shoots, peas, zucchini, cucumber and yes fennel is one those that is safe for me :)

Thank you for a chance of winning one of your books slholland30 {at} outlook {dot} com

  5. My nemesis vegetable is brussel sprouts (sorry, I know they are a favorite of yours, Raven). The reason being that when I was young, I disliked the taste so much that they would make me sick. My dad used to make me eat them even though I got sick every time. I have not tried them since. Lol.
My favorite veggie, I like most of them, carrots I can eat both cooked and raw. I am really starting to like zucchini. We make pasta out of it now and it's delicious! :)
Thank you for participating in the hop and the wonderful giveaway.
